As the physical journals are made to order, once the order is placed it cannot be refunded.
Returns Eligibility:
-Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
-The book must be in its original, unopened condition.
Return Process:
-To initiate a return, please contact me via email at joydeandesigns@gmail.com with your order number and details.
-Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip.
Shipping Costs:
-The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
-Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Refund Processing:
-Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
